But what are our two most important production departments?
The electroplating line 1: equipped with eighty positions, fully enclosed, with six carriages for maximum flexibility managed by PLC.
Why is this a huge advantage?
Because, thanks to this management, we are always able to track every frame and every bar inserted within the plant while keeping track of the cycle and processing times.
We process brass, iron, and stainless steel here.
What processing can we do?
Alkaline copper, acid copper plating, polished nickel, hexavalent and trivalent chrome plating, black trivalent chrome plating, 24-karat gold, 18-karat gold, and other matte finishes in various colors.
Electroplating line 2: equipped with 51 positions, fully enclosed, managed by PLC so that there is always a tracking of the product’s turn within the plant and is capable of printing and certifying the entire processing cycle.
How is it realized?
Made of stainless steel with moplen tanks with an extremely advanced top suction system.
What metals do we process? Zamak.
And what treatments do we do?
Anodic and cathodic ultrasonic degreasing, activation of polished nickel, Wood’s nickel, pearl matte nickel, hexavalent and trivalent chrome plating, 18-karat gold and 24-karat gold.
